Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment: All services offered by Danielle Gerkens must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash, check, or online payment service.

  2. Cancellation policy: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, they must notify Danielle Gerkens at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total service fee.

  3. Liability: Danielle Gerkens is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the client's property or person during or after the service. The client assumes all risk and liability associated with the service.

  4. Confidentiality: Danielle Gerkens will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including personal and contact information, health history, and any other sensitive information disclosed during the consultation or service.

  5. Virtual services: For virtual services, the client must ensure they have access to a reliable internet connection and a device that supports video conferencing. Danielle Gerkens is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during the virtual service.

  6. Travel: If the client requests on-set or in-person services, any additional travel expenses (including but not limited to transportation, lodging, and meals) will be billed to the client separately.

  7. Satisfaction guarantee: Danielle Gerkens strives to provide the highest level of service to all clients. If the client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify Danielle Gerkens within 24 hours of the service. Danielle Gerkens will work with the client to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.

  8. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association.

By booking a service with Danielle Gerkens, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
